PPC income depends on the niche of  the website and intention of the visitors.

For a higher click through rate (CTR) it is advisable  to keep the PPC links you display relevant to your site content.

For example: If you have a Music related site, choose PPC links to other music sites. Your visitor is more inclined to want to visit these and therefore earn you money in the process.

Pay Per Click is a term given to an advertising program that  pays you every time a visitor to your site click a link to another site.

The link can be a banner or a text link. Some are even designed for inclusion in your email newsletters.

Most of the better program operators do not allow the use of unsolicited email to promote their goods.
Since it is spamming you are likely to have your account terminated by the operator.

Since the web publisher is  paid per 1000 impressions, the higher the number of page view your site gets the better it is for you, the Banner Network and the Advertiser.

All of the Banner Networks will first want to see your site before you are accepted. This ensures that neither of you waste your time. If one rejects your application, others may have slightly different criteria so do not give up. Apply to another banner network.

Affiliate Programs, often referred to as Affiliate Programs, are created by companies and individuals to increase sales of their products or services.

In return for marketing their goods, you receive a commission, also known as a referral or bounty. The amount you receive varies with each program operator.

Because the types of goods and services available on the Internet are so varied, a program operator can choose from a number of programs types.

Advertising (CPM)
This is the easiest type of program. You simply get paid to display banners on your site. Pay Per Sale (PPS)
You receive a commission on sales made as a result of your visitors going to the operators site and making a purchase.

Pay Per Lead (PPL)
This is only different to PPC in that you receive a commission on referrals. These are the least popular types of program.

Two Tier Programs
These are simply program operators that offer you an addition income for referring other webmasters to them. This can be a single fee when the webmaster joins the program, a small commission on their sales or both combined.
